When you’re ready to book, we'll send over a custom proposal for you to review. You can easily submit a 50% non-refundable retainer online through your invoice. The final invoice is due one month prior to your event. Note: this makes your date and bar of choice official with us!
Leading up to your event date, we will begin finalizing details and preparing for your signature cocktails. Through our client portal, we'll send a questionnaire to get an idea of what you are wishing to have served, your taste profile, as well as other event details. We'll then build a detailed shopping list with quantity suggestions for the alcohol needed.
Approximately two hours before the event, we’ll show up, set up, decorate, organize supplies, chill the product, and stock alcohol in our bar. (If you are bringing the alcohol to the event, you can drop it off anytime up to 2 hours prior.) Our staff will ensure an amazing evening for you and your guests! Once the event is finished, we will pack up any unopened alcohol for you to leave with.
Each event is unique, which means each package price is tailored to the event. Our events vary in price depending on client's needs, how many hours, guests, day of the week, bartenders needed, if there are signature cocktails, etc. Prices typically start around $1,500 - $2,000. For 100 guests or more, our clients pricing averages between $2,500 - $4,000.
